from last week...

Here are some shots from last weekend, as we hurry to try to finish the shed before the rains really come. It's now completely sided and Jeff laid down the tar paper on the roof and a temporary tarp as we wait for our back-ordered roofing to arrive. I wonder if it will be next summer before the sliding door is added... but that's ok! Now we just have to add trim around the windows, install the small west window and add a lockset to the small door. And then build the shelves and work areas... and paint it and make a doorstep and a ramp... and then make the patio on the west side so we can use the outdoor fireplace. Not too much else to do! I can't wait to tear down the old shed. We're planning on having that space be for the swingset which are neighbors are giving us. Wow.

Meanwhile Sophia has discovered the fun of stacking blocks!!!
