all 4 of us for 3 days straight

Saturday - Digging in the dirt. We finally constructed the raised bed for our garden. Our broccoli and beet starts are about big enough to go in the ground and we bought tomato plants today, along with zucchini and cucumber. I weeded the raspberry patch and around the raised bed area while Jeff assembled our free-wood raised bed frame. It's piece-meal but serviceable. We'll have to move our dirt tomorrow and mix in compost and manure before we can begin to think about planting the vegetables, but we are on the way!















Sunday - We got up early to go out to Twin Falls for a hike. Sophia did a great job - hiked all the way up to the falls and back. Stella had a skinned knee pretty early on and yet made it all the way to the falls, but rode on our shoulders back to the car.






























































































Monday - got plants into the raised bed garden - the half of it that we had enough dirt for that is. Then a quick wash and lunch and off to a preschool-friend's birthday party. Lots of pink.
