diapering
First our tale of wakeup woe - you know when Sophia points at her diaper when I first walk into her room that there's serious issue. She would rather ignore the diaper for as long as possible. But despite her insistence that I investigate, she wanted to leave her room and go out into the world - so I grabbed part of a banana and brought her back and discovered a very red bottom sittin' in the wet poo. it was a bathtub butt morning and it all made her very sad and me very tired. Phew.
Next - has anyone out there or anyone you know tried gDiapers??? They've been out for awhile but I have yet to give them much thought. I do have 60 Seventh Generation diapers waiting for #2 so I am in no real rush, but I like the idea of getting rid of our diaper pail and not filling up the land with diaper garbage. Our toilet, on the other hand, is not the best at handling large loads...

those gDiapers look awesome. let me know how you like them if you do decide to use it. better than cloth but more earth friendly than disposables...i like it :).
That looks super great, however you have to "rip and swish." The "swish" doesn't look bad but where do you keep that stick and will you have time to rinse it every time? The "rip" part is the icky part. Do you have to keep rubber gloves handy or do you just hope that there isn't any grossness near the ripping parts? good and bad to all, I guess!
I think there would be to much toilet flushing and I wouldn't want to rip those diapers where its all runny and leaking out. oh yeah and then theres the first peas poop, Nasty.
