there was a speck of blue in the sky today

So fret not dear friends, we have not washed away in the torrential rains. We are here and mostly dry and only somewhat suffering from seasonal affective disorder. To combat that we dress up the kids in goofy outfits. And I would LOVE to be stuffing my face with Christmas cookies, but since my pre-pregnancy clothes still don't fit, I am seasonally-treat deprived. This is when I start to think that being pregnant and breastfeeding every three hours aren't so bad - because you are given license to EAT! I need a personal trainer...
