Sleepover

Stella and Sophia have been asking for a sleepover with eachother all week, so tonight we set up the extra mattress on the floor next to Sophia's bed. The girls set next to eachother reading books (Sophia really reading them out loud), and then Sophia got out her cross stitch (we are lenient with her bedtime activities because she truly takes forever to fall asleep) and Stella watched. Finally when I checked on them at 9pm Stella was out - Sophia was stitching away sitting so close to sleeping Stella's head that her bent knee was practically ON Stella's face! I tidied up the mess, asked her to please move over and went back to work. A little while later Sophia came out (it's almost 9:45 at this point!) telling me she can't find her special blanket, and when I went in there her special blanket was covering Stella's face! Aie!
I should probably go check to make sure nothing else is trying to suffocate Stella...
