weekend with the mountaineers

This past weekend we were invited to join the Family Weekend at Meany lodge, a ski cabin operated by the Mountaineers.

We went on some hot hikes and spent time around the lodge-ful of kids. There were about 13 between the ages of 2 and 5 and about 10 more older kids. The kids were definitely the high lite for Sophia. We spent the night in the lodge in the family room - bunks up at the peak of the lodge. It qualifies as Sophia's first sleep over.
