joy and pain

Sophia has been sleeping until 7:15 - 7:30 lately - OH JOY!!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible cramp in my calf the other night and it is soooooooo painful STILL to walk or do anything! Plus I had slept wrong on my shoulder and couldn't turn my head a certain way. DUMB! The shoulder seems to be improved this morning - guess I need to go for a long walk and work out the calf pain.
