Sleeping in

Third morning in a row of sleeping in. I woke up at 6:30 to silence and had to remind myself (strongly and using adult language) that I needed to get in the shower and take advantage of the situation instead of sitting around waiting for her to wake up.
The self does disappear in this process, no?
