out of town...

So we went away for the weekend, and before that I was just busy with everything and after that .. work.

We went to Ocean Shores Friday - Sunday. It was our first road trip since Sophia was 4 months old (which involved too much screaming). This one went fine! Sophia wasn't terribly happy about being in the car for 2-1/2 hours, but she handled it okay. We stayed at an older hotel, in a suite that had more square feet than our house (not included basement). It was nice. We were a short dune-walk away from the beach, and even though it was windy we had a great time.

When we got back to town we ran over to Greenlake to meet up with Blix, Stuart and Misha at the Kids March for Obama. We sold two of our 'vote' tees. It was great to see Misha - we don't usually see her!!
